Students find meditation tough as you are supposed to sit in one place for long periods of time. But meditation can be also be done with eyes open, as we do our regular activities. Meditation can also be done in short spans of 2 minutes or less. Meditation basically means connecting and identifying with something. Here we explore with students how to connect to natural breath, and qualities of vastness, wideness, joy, grounding and well being present all around us.

They learn short practices to:

– Be Calm
– Be in the present moment
– Listen to natural sounds that widens our being
– Connect to Vastness
– Be Grounded
– Be Joyful & Creative
