This gives you a way of creating a dialogue space. The 60 Inner Strengths Cards gives a way for your beneficiaries to access their own inner resourcefulness. The premise is that ‘The source lies within’.

If you are a facilitator or trainer:
This becomes a kinesthetic way for participants to get in touch with their inner strengths to facilitate a breakthrough. It supports holistic awareness and development.
