Post his Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani in 1994 Arul Dev has walked on unique paths and donned different hats. With six months of deep reflection and building networks he founded People First Consultants as a start up in HR Consulting space in 1995. The core DNA of the organization has two strands – Fulfilment of Potential & Purpose AND Excellence & Growth at work.

For People First he co-anchors several offerings. Into all, he brings the formula of Next Level Vision – Development – Manifestation. He is a mentor for the team to:
