Company Overview
An organization born out of a deeper purpose, it took 6 months of waiting upon and then with utmost clarity, passion and direction, People First was established in 1995 with a spirit of a startup, perhaps even before the word start-ups were more widely used.
We have always stood for two aspects inner evolution and outer excellence. We continue to be guided by these two aspects in all our work across people hiring and development.
From inception, People First was created with a deeper vision to enable building the true potential of people. To provide a space for individual and collective transformation, to tap into deeper aspirations and to enable change that inspires and lasts. Be it people hiring, development or coaching.
Over the years, we have built a strong expertise in not just the domains we work in, but the process of finding the key and right people for the organization. We have mastered the art of understanding the pulse of the position, organization and the individual and work through the match that balances and harmonizes the fit.
Towards people development, we have pioneered evolving spaces for people development, be it in designing and delivering sustainable learning interventions for leaders, managers or working professionals:
