Arul Dev co-heads the People Hiring division along with a few seniors. He brings his coaching and training expertise to groom the team on a daily basis to become expert recruiters and happy human beings. He works on the systemic people and process transformation of the hiring offering across Indian and Global clients. His aspiration is that candidates hired from People First deeply contribute to the growth of our client organizations. He is seen as a ‘pulse expert’ and constantly decodes the key asks and big-picture of client JDs. His vision is to bring conscious hiring along with technology enabled hiring emerging at a high rate of velocity.
